VET Kitchen Operations

Year 11 VET Kitchen Operation created a special afternoon tea party for an assessment task. The main focus was to be able to work as a team, organise and design a workflow plan for time management and learn how to present food on a plate.

 

Year 11 had a fantastic time planning, eating delicious food and drinking tea for the first time. Great work year 11's.
