Notice to All Families

A Student Enrolment Information form has been sent to all families.

It is important that student enrolment information is up to date, this includes:

parent contact details
employment details
medical details
emergency contacts (older siblings over the age of 18 can be included in emergency contacts)

Please check your email. If you have not received this email, please call the school on 9749 0246.

We kindly ask if you could check all details are correct and make any necessary changes on the form.

All forms are due back to school by the end of term, Friday 8th April (last day of term 1).

If your details have not changed please write no changes and return to school.
