Beacon Leadership Day

Last week our St Joseph’s College Beacon Leaders, Alyssa Morphett, Chelsea McCormick, Holly Chadick, Abby Larkin, Sam Chapman and Ruby McGlone, met their fellow Beacon Leaders and spent the day learning about what's involved in this important role.

They discussed what good leadership looks like, what skills and talents they bring to the role, practiced some impromptu public speaking and networking, and learnt about how they will contribute to the Real Futures program in their school and community.

Along with our students, students from Echuca College, Echuca Twin Rivers School, Echuca Twin Rivers Specialist School, Echuca Moama Anglican Grammar  and River City Christian College also attended this event.

We are always impressed with the amazing young people who we get to know every year, and this group is no exception!
