Administration

ADMIN

This week we have sent out an enrolment flyer which will hopefully land in your mailbox before Friday.  If you do not require the flyer, please make an effort to pass it on to a family who is considering enrolment for their child for 2022.

It takes our whole school community to build our image in the Quirindi district and this is one simple way that you can help;  we would really like as many families as possible to attend our PT&F meeting on Wednesday evening as we will be discussing how we build our St Joey's brand throughout the local community.

Please call Kate Thompson to arrange to have an enrolment package sent home if your child will be ready to start school in 2022.

FINANCE

School Fees

School fees will be sent home to parents and carers this week and will be due by 18 June, 2021. These can be paid by Qkr!, EFT or Direct Debit.  We are currently updating the school fee records in readiness for the changeover to a new accounting system.  Statements will issue to both parents/partners via email, however if you are a single parent fee payer this change will not affect you.  We will require current separate email accounts of both parties.  If you require any changes to your account please advise, eg. split school fee account or children billed to separate parents (both these will need confirmation from both parties and the percentage allocation to each party).  If you need assistance, please call Tracey Klitsch on Tuesdays or Thursdays between 9am and 3pm.

Current Qkr payments

Payments that can be paid using the Qkr app include:

  • Mothers Day Stall
  • School Fees
  • Uniform items
  • Canberra Deposit for Y5/6 students
