MVA Athletics Excursion (Yrs 3-6)

Where:           Goldsworthy Reserve, Corio

When:            Thursday 25th March, 2021

Cost:               $14.00 per student for bus costs (non refundable)

Time:               Bus will be leaving Teesdale Primary School at 8:15 am sharp.

Students will need to be at school by 8:10 am at the latest to begin loading. They will return for normal dismissal at the end of the day.

What to bring:     Lunch, snacks and a drink bottle full of water

                                  (There are no canteen facilities)

                                  Sunscreen and School Hat

                                  Coat (if required)

What to wear:      Teesdale School Uniform (Polo Shirt/shorts or tracksuit/jumper)

NEW! Permission to attend can be provided electronically via Sentral. This is in lieu of signed permission envelopes. Please refer to the 'Excursions - What's New' page for more information on how to do this.

Payment:         Due by Tuesday 23rd March 2021.

Please pay by BPay with your unique biller details.  

Late Arrivals and Early Departures

Should you child arrive late or depart early, there is no longer a sign in/sign out folder at the office for parents to sign. Teachers are responsible for marking attendance and will update their roles accordingly. 

If you need to collect your child before 3.15pm, please notify your child's teacher via Sentral or by calling the office. Please note parents are not permitted to go directly to the classroom during school hours. Please report to the office to collect your child. 

Student Absences

Parents are reminded that an absence notification is required for all student absences by 11am on the day. The most efficient way to advise an absence is via the Sentral Parent Portal where you can send an email directly to your child's teacher.  For new families if you haven't received an email with your log in details to access Sentral, please contact the office.
