Secondary Co-Curricular Report

Intercol vs CBC

In Week 5, Blackfriars will compete against CBC in the annual Intercol. The Intercol always brings out a strong rivalry between Blackfriars and CBC and will see both schools compete for a number of trophies in a range of co-curricular sports and activities which are:

  • Senior Chess
  • Senior Debating
  • First XI Soccer
  • Senior Table Tennis
  • Senior Basketball
  • First XVIII Football

A running sheet for all intellectual activities and sports is attached. History of past Championship Trophy winners and individual medal winners is also attached. Students are reminded about expectations and being responsible in their behaviour and interactions at the many events during Intercol. This means showing respect and discipline towards your opposition and displaying good sportsmanship on and off the field. Play the game fairly and encourage your team mates in a positive manner.
