The importance of mental health

This week in the newsletter we want to share and highlight two brave people who have shared their stories. Both of their lives have been and are impacted by anxiety. These amazing people are sharing their story because they want to help others facilitate a significant change in our community.

 

Before you get into these stories, I want to highlight and thank our very own Eugene Pring for standing in front of his football club and highlighting his struggles with anxiety. A very powerful experience! We are thankful and lucky to have Eugene as a teacher at DSC, as part of our community.
