CPS RUGBY KNOCKOUT

Congratulations to the team that competed in the Catholic Primary Schools Knockout at St Joseph's on Monday. The team had some tough competition but ended on a win coming 7th overall. It was so nice to see some green on a sporting field.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Those parents who have very kindly volunteered to coach a team are to be listened to and all instructions to be followed by players both at training and when competing. Should you have an issue with your child's coach please speak to them privately without your children being present. Show respect for your coaches and their decisions.

Parents should not interfere or enter the playing field during a game as the on field officials should be left to adjudicate. If parents have concerns they should approach the coach at a break and not the children.

Should a player, coach or parent not respect this code of conduct while representing St Nicholas it may prevent their inclusion in teams in the future as this is not the image that we wish to portray in the wider community.

Please ensure your child is at the ground at least 10 minutes before the starting time and look for players wearing the St Nicholas School sports uniform. Students have had a training session and a meeting today to discuss sportsmanship, playing as a team and representing St Nicholas School.
