Reminders for the Class of 2019

  • Have you registered to receive your VCE results?
  • Go to the ResultsandATAR website
  • If you have any questions once you have received your ATAR and VCE results, as well as contacting school for assistance, you may contact the Post Results and ATAR Service — a joint information service offered by VTAC and VCAA. To speak to an expert telephone: (03) 9032 1717 or toll free 1800 653 080. E-mail: pras@edumail.vic.gov.au or visit: http://pras.resultsandatar.vic.edu.au.
  • Have you included some backup or pathway options as part of your list of preferences? Consider diploma or certificate courses that may provide credit for higher qualifications.
  • You will only receive ONE offer from the highest preference in each round that wishes to make an offer. This means that it’s important to list your preferences in the order you most want to do those courses. Make sure your list of courses is in YOUR order of preference – don’t second guess your ATAR!
  • This year there will be a NEW Offer Round on December 18. Most but not all courses will make offers in December. If you don’t receive an offer on December 18, do not panic as ALL courses are required to make offers in the January Round. See the VTAC December Offers fact sheet or this short video that explains the offer process.
  • Accepting an offer will not preclude you from being considered for any courses higher on your preference list in future offer rounds, but it will hold your place.
  • Following offers on December 18, you only have until 4pm on Friday December 20 to make any other adjustments to your preferences prior to the January offer round.
