Building Works Update

This Week's Update

The building project is on track. It is expected that the building will be at the lock-up stage by the end of March.  

The roof is now finished and external whirlybirds have been installed for air ventilation.   Metal cladding continues to be affixed to the structure of the new building.

Work is advancing on the external door frames and windows, with the installation of glass to a number of windows    

The refurbishment of the old section of the Penfold building is currently underway. The windows and door entrances have been expanded and brickwork matching the existing bricks has commenced.  

In the next couple of weeks, we anticipate that work will commence on the large internal deck area.
