On Wednesday the 15th of March, the Year 9/10 Money Markets and Citizenship class were lucky to have Cameron Smits and Hayley Shannon from Ray White Real Estate Swan Hill come to speak to them about what is involved in both renting and buying a house. Students were keen to find out what factors are considered by a real estate agent when applying for a house to rent and the high costs associated with buying a home.
