Educational Dog Support Program

The Educational Dog Support Program has begun again under the leadership of the Year 12 students. This project was initiated and developed in 2019 by the student cohort who wanted to do something worthwhile and significant for the College community. The class began developing and co-ordinating the program for the junior school classrooms and the senior classes when required.

Again this year, our beautiful and dainty Cavalier King Charles Educational Dog Support dog is called Jewel. She is based in the library. Jewel is available in classrooms to support the students with their learning - primarily with reading, or when a child needs emotional support. 

Feel free to come and say hello to Jewel in the Library every Tuesday or Thursday.
