CERES Schools for Wildlife Garden – Incursion 1

On Wednesday 8 March, the Cumberland Sustainability team participated in the CERES Schools for Wildlife Garden Incursion. The aim of this Zoom event was for students to learn about the importance of biodiversity, explore connections within nature and consider human impacts on biodiversity to determine practical local solutions to the global issue of biodiversity loss. Incursions 2 and 3 which will be held in Term 2 will be more hands-on; students will design and plant a wildlife garden at the College.
