Seussical the Musical!
Wow! What an A-MAYZ-ING show ‘Seussical the Musical’ was!
Huge congratulations to our 55+ group of cast and crew who put on a show that Frankston High School will be proud of and remember fondly for years to come.
The stories of ‘Horton Hears a Who’, ‘Cat in the Hat’, ‘Green Eggs & Ham’, ‘Yertle the Turtle & Other Stories’ and the many characters within them were brought to life in an engaging and entertaining way by our incredible cast, led by our incomparable Year 12 students completing their final Frankston High School production – Jordan Hay, Nikola Guzys-McAullife and Brianna Knight. A huge congratulations to the following students who played lead roles in this year’s production – for many, their first EVER at FHS – Jessie Martin, Cassandra Rowe, Taylor Hay, Caitlin Rooke, Jessie Lal, Jemima Dunn, Sophie Raynes, Olivia Shinkfield, Mia Rocco, Lily Hellier, Abbey Jones, Raveena Lal, Bridin Walker, Emily Jones and Jessica Mellor. Congratulations to students who graced us with their presence not only in the fabulous chorus, but also in supporting roles – Sarah Little, Emma Pacholli, Hana Kolar, Evie Massee, Olivia Pirotta, Eily Walker, Oliver van Toor, Alanah Bucher, Jemma Lamb, Zoe Gouldbourn, Jade Roberts and Emily Dickinson. Our heartfelt gratitude to our ridiculously talented chorus, who lifted the show and made it shine – Ruby Hartley, Victoria Middlebrook, Grace Brumbaugh, Daniqua Thomson-Fidge, Tahlia Lewis, Amy Carter, Rukudzo Gambiza, Bethany Hobby, Bethany Tucker, Anna Scholey, Hailey Browning, Alyce Campbell and Sophie Richardson.
Finally, thank you to our backstage crew, whose organisation made the show run smoothly –
Trent Tucker, Ismail Tezcan, Danai Harawa, Lizette Gerryts, Victoria Inkster and
Hana Mizutani . Without these talented students, the show would not have been possible.
Thank you to those who came to support out students in this incredible endeavour – on behalf of everyone involved, words cannot express our gratitude. We hope you all enjoyed the show and were able to take some of the positive messages within it home with you.
See you in September for our FHS’s Got Talent Gala Night!
