2023 COMMUNITY FAIR

Dear Families/Carers

Our Community Fair is now less than 5 weeks away! We hope you are excited, and that Saturday 18th March is highlighted on your calendar!

The amount of work going on behind the scenes via the Fair Committee is incredible. The event would not happen without the support of these dedicated volunteers. As a result, there is much to look forward to on the day.

We now need YOUR help! Each Robbie Mac class is allocated an activity and the sign-up sheets are below. We need everyone to come forward to help ensure the event runs smoothly. Volunteering does not have to take up much time and stall shifts are between 1 to 1.5 hours. Of course, if you can do more - please do!

Keep in mind that you are welcome to help on any stall. You do not have to stick to what has been allocated to your class. If you are a BBQ Extraordinaire or a talented Face Painter, then please sign up to where your skills are best aligned! There are several stalls which need additional support including Snow Cones; Hot Chips & Donuts; the BBQ and Fairy Floss & Popcorn.

School Fair Request: Prizes for Spin the Wheel:

We need some little prizes for the School Fair Spin the Wheel stall and we'd love it if families could donate a new item valued from $2 to $10. Donations could include Small Toys, Books, Seeds, Stationery, Wrapped Confectionery, Stickers or other small Party Favor's anything that will make a little one feel super happy! (No chocolate for this stall please) If you could drop your item to your Fair Donation box in your classroom or to the office next week (Mon-Fri (20th to 24th) that would be a great help.
