Year One/Two News 

It has been a fantastic start to the year in the Millie Building for all 1/2 students. All students are doing a wonderful job of settling into new routines and making new friends in their classrooms. 

In writing, we have been learning about successful sentences. When you check your sentence you must make sure you have: 

• one idea
• finger spaces
• start with a capital letter and full stop; and 
• check does it make sense?

This week we made butterflies to continue learning and writing our successful sentences!
