Principal's Message

                                 السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

Alhamdulillah there has been great progress since the last newsletter and vibe around the school is quite positive. 

The secondary school building construction has commenced and according to the builders it is expected to be completed by March 2023 inshaAllah. You're kindly urged to donate towards generously towards our school - a great opportunity to make sadaqah jaariyah. We have taken extra measures to ensure safety of children as the building work progresses. 

I have had the good pleasure of meeting with our P&C committee and discussing many school matters with them. Alhamdulillah they have provided some great feedback and suggestions, some of which I'm pursuing already. Soon InshaAllah I'll be inviting all the parents over tea to have similar open discussions with a view to improving the school and make it a school of choice for our Muslim community in Canberra. 

As usual, I have an open door policy - inshaAllah please reach out to me for anything and at any time without hesitation. 

Lastly just as gentle and kind reminder, please be careful and considerate when dropping off kids and picking up children by not speeding, blocking the driveway etc. We are having speed bumps installed inshaAllah to help with this.
