PFOL Notice

Hi OLHC parents, 

We had a successful Prep Parent’s dinner on Wednesday 22nd June, and received lots of positive feedback. It was a late nighter too. I like to say thank Claire Lafferty, Diana Healy for assisting in running the event. I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Pip Gordon who organised and managed the event successfully.

Sorting rsvp’s, managing funds, catering, setting up and lastly the rocky road desert. It looked amazing. I also like to thank Jennifer Kernaghan, Meg Marmo and Michelle Rabbito for volunteering their time to prepare and present the delicious meal, cleaning up and of course the chit chat that made the night a wonderful introduction for our Prep families. I like to thank Michelle Rabbito for taking the table cloths, washed and ironed so they look crisp for the night and for making a delicious chocolate cake and Diana Healy for making two desserts. Thank you all. 

It is amazing how the community comes together to make the events happen. It was wonderful seeing the prep parents socialising and getting to know each other and at the end of the night able to share contact numbers to ensure more activities could be held.

Bunnings BBQ

An email came out last night for helpers to run our Bunnings BBQ on Sunday 7th August, Here is the link to put your name on the roster.

It would be great to have as many there as possible with the bonus of Money going back to the school

SAVE the Dates

EXCITING news, St Francis and Holy Trinity and Our Lady’s have the same Parish and will be organising different events to bring the Parish community together. We are organising a Winery Tour for the mums and locked in a date. Please save this date, 12th November 2022 to join a wild fun day! 

We have some very exciting events happening for 2022!!! 

Would you like to help the OLHC community and be involved in making events happen for OLHC students and community? 

We have a WhatsApp group chat and we have a private Facebook group for PFOL and parent helpers if you would like to be in the loop. We may need last minute parent helpers (if helpers cancel last minute) and would post on the Facebook group and in WhatsApp as we know not all OLHC parents read the newsletters.
