Year 5 Camp

Finally, it was time to go on the Flying Fox I was a little bit scared of how high it was but as soon as I got on it I felt like I was flying! There was 2 ziplines so I went on with my friend Ella.B, it was definitely my favourite activity. We also played Riddle Rogain that was also really fun, me and my group (Ella and Tanya) found riddles up the mountain, I loved it up in the mountain. Then we roasted marshmallows on the fire and TRIED to make damper on the fire but it didn’t really work out because the batter was too runny. In conclusion, I thought camp was AMAZING, I loved everything!

YEAR 5 CAMP 

After all that waiting it was finally time to go on the flying fox. I was so excited I was jumping up and down. We went towards the small cabin and learned how to get suited up. We hiked up a long path that would make your feet burn. At the flying fox you have got to get strapped in and you have to run down the platform. You can really feel the wind against your face. We also had the bush walk, and it was a really hard when you go uphill. My legs were on fire. We had the campfire camp fire night were you just sit around the fire, have marshmallows and relax. We had the movie night, riddle scavenger hunt, flying fox and many other fun things. In total, camp was THE BEST thing ever.
