Regional Exchange Update

An update to our  JMSS Community.

The Regional Exchange scheduled for Term 3 has unfortunately been cancelled.

We are hoping to reschedule the program for late November, to coincide with our Annual Australian Science Fair.

New Lab team member

Welcome to the new lab team member Eli who will be working with us on Thursday and Fridays.

She graduated from JMSS in 2018 and is currently studying a double degree in Environmental science and Engineering at RMIT.

Please feel welcome when we all return to onsite learning.  

Congratulations  Jonathan

Congratulation to Jonathan Purcell who was recently selected to represent Australia 

as one of the 21 talented young science students. Jonathan will compete at the Earth Science Olympiad between August 25 and 30 this year. He will compete in the world’s toughest science competitions against more than 1,000 of the smartest kids in the world.

Semester 2 commences 15/6/21 change Attendance Summary date on Compass

A reminder for students enrolled in a VCE subject when checking Attendance Summary on Compass you need to change the commencement date for Semester 2 to 15/6/2021 and then click 'filter' to view the adjusted percentage details.
