Middle School

Uniform Reminder

A reminder to all families that winter uniform is now compulsory.

  • Boys must wear ties.
  • No non-uniform jumpers or long sleeves are to be visible.
  • Beanies and scarves must be in plain school colours with no logos.
  • We encourage girls to wear tights or long pants for warmth.

Attitudes to School Survey

We thank all Middle School students for completing the ‘Attitudes to School’ survey last week, and particularly for the mature way in which they went about giving their responses. This survey gives them an opportunity to provide vital feedback to us about their experience at school. Their answers will be used to make improvements to the management of student issues and to provide them with the best possible learning environment here at the College.

Year 9 - NAPLAN

Over the past two weeks, our Year 9 students took part in their final NAPLAN testing program. We are very proud of the effort they put into completing the test to the best of their abilities.

Year 10 METEC Excursion

Last Thursday and Friday, many of our Year 10 students took part in one of the most exciting events on the school calendar: the excursion to the METEC driver training centre.

Students had the chance to get behind the wheel and gain some valuable driving experience in a safe environment, while also participating in workshops on driver safety throughout the day. The teachers enjoyed seeing students’ confidence grow as the day went on, despite a few nervous expressions from those playing passenger for the first-time drivers.

Some students also used this opportunity to sit the test for their license. Congratulations to all our newly minted L-platers, and best of luck to their parents as they continue with their driving lessons!
