ROOM 2

Prep is an exciting time and students in Room 2 are excited to be starting school! We have been getting to know each other and the routines of school, such as learning how to unpack our bags. Room 2 have been exploring different toys and activities, learning how to attend to adults, complete work tasks and have a fun time at school. We love listening to songs and are enjoying doing whole group tasks such as morning circle as well as individual tasks such as working on recognising letters and numbers.

Primary Sub School News

I am sure all would agree, it has been a very unpredictable and challenging start to the 2021 school year!!

A BIG THANK YOU to students, families and staff for your flexibility and determination over the past few weeks!

Even with the challenges presented by the recent ‘lockdown’, our students are happy and excited to be at school! The new school year has taken off to a fun and busy start as students settle into classroom routines and learn so much whilst participating in the special programs, which include design and technology, health and physical education, art and music.

I guess this lockdown has allowed us all to appreciate the simple things, such as our regular school routine and the enjoyment and social stimulation our students experience whilst learning and playing with their peers throughout the day at school.
