Mediterranean Scrolls

Our Home Economics team never cease to surprise and amaze. They have been working hard to keep students learning about food, nutrition and cooking. 

Priesty has welcomed us all into her kitchen to cook Mediterranean Scrolls or to come up with new flavours for scrolls.  Take a look and enjoy. 

 

Scone

Ingredients

3c self raising flour

1.5 c milk

100 g softened cubed butter

 1 tsp salt

 

Add Passata, can use pesto or tomato sauce plus sprinked rosemary then add ingredients from your pantry or fridge with some grated cheese, You can be flexible and can use as little as  3 ingredients plus cheese or  feta or , parmesan or ricotta etc  Follow the techniques  Easy! Peasy!
