We are hoping that the recent trouble we have had with the absences line will shortly be fixed and you will be able to leave messages on this line.

ROTARY YOUTH PROGRAM OF ENRICHMENT

Castlemaine Rotary Club is giving students in years 9, 10 or 11, aged between 15 and 17, the opportunity to attend a Youth Program of Enrichment weekend camp from Friday 25 October to Sunday 27 October 2019 at the Doxa Malmsbury Camp.

Through RYPEN students will begin developing skills in:

• Resilience                                                           
• Communication skills
• Leadership fundamentals and ethics
• Goal Setting
• Teamwork
• Forming and defining their own values
• Trust
• Community and Global Citizenship
• Problem solving and conflict management
• Taking initiative

It is very important that students understand they need to willingly participate to gain maximum benefit from the experience. The students attending the conference also need to be aware that they will be involved in a number of physical exercises both indoors and outdoors.

All costs and transport to and from the camp are provided by Castlemaine Rotary Club.

IMMUNISATION CHANGE OF DATE

As advised by the Shire Health Unit,

student immunisations have been rescheduled

from August 21st to the following dates:

Wednesday 11th September  - Year 7 HPV 2nd dose

Thursday 19th September  - Year 10 Meningococcal ACWY

Vaccination Consent cards can be given  

to the General Office if not already returned.
