Spice Up Your World!

Developing Woodwork skills, techniques and understanding. First semester Year 9 Woodwork students learnt in number of areas to extend their knowledge of Woodwork. For some students it was the first time they had done the subject, whilst for others it was an area where they furthered their abilities. Collaboration is important throughout all learning areas of the school and Woodwork is no exception. Teamwork, cooperatively learning were some of the best features of students learning regardless of whether the students worked on props for the school production ‘Seussical’ or on their own projects. For example, on the last day of Term 3 students were still working hard to complete their work whilst others ably assisted them.
