Message from Year 10 Coordinator

To all the Year 10 students:

Congratulations to all Year 10s on finishing this year on a great note. You are an amazing cohort and I have thoroughly enjoyed being your coordinator this year in my first year at Koonung College. Although I will be in the Middle Years next year, you are welcome to visit me any time. I will still be around for you if you ever need to have a chat. Just ask for Mrs Goto! Ensure you have a good break over the summer holidays but also take some time to ensure you are well prepared for the next year. Wishing you all fantastic Christmas and New Year, and stay safe!

To Year 10 parents:

You should be so proud of what all your children have achieved this year. Year 10 can be a challenging year as students step up to being in Senior School, but I can say that all students have stepped up this year and approached their school lives with great maturity and strived to do their best. All students had a week experiencing the subjects that they will undertake in VCE in the last week of school and hopefully are looking forward to the subjects they have chosen to study in 2020. There will be an information evening early in 2020 for parents about the VCE Program so both parents and students can be well-informed about what to expect in the two years ahead of them. From next year I will be the Year 8 Coordinator but I am happy to help with any Senior School questions you may have. I have also had a change in surname so I will be Stephanie Goto from next year! Have a great holiday period and see you all next year!

Kind Regards

Stephanie Van Ekeris

Year 10 Coordinator
