New, Live Website

Along with the work done to produce a new Strategic Plan, the Branding and Communications Team has been working very hard on a new, fresh look for our communications.

Our online and hardcopy presentations, newsletter and publications have been updated to this new look.

Re-enrolment

If you know your child will not be returning to St. Joseph’s for 2019, could you please advise as soon as possible by emailing: registrar@sje.vic.edu.au.

This will enable us to make an Offer of Enrolment to other families seeking to enrol their child at our school. 

If we do not hear from you we will presume your child is returning and count them in our numbers for the next year.

For 24 years, the National Excellence in Teaching Awards have provided communities with the opportunity to formally recognise and thank outstanding teachers and leaders working within:

•    Primary Schools;

•    Secondary Schools; and

•    Special Schools.

School Fee Payments

Please check your statements when they come out this week. 

We have been receiving payments with no name or account number identification. If you think your statement isn’t showing payments you have made please contact Stacey Fitzpatrick on Ph: 5482 2577 or email: sfitzpatrick@sje.vic.edu.au with the dates and amounts you have paid so we can match these.

For easy identification please use the account number in the top righthand corner of your statement as the description of your payment.

Direct Debits

We are now accepting direct debits each week.  Payments can be either weekly or fortnightly.
