Junior School News

Melbourne Museum

On Wednesday 3rd June the students from Junior level enjoyed a fantastic visit to the Melbourne Museum. Students experienced an enjoyable storytelling activity where they were able to see a range of toys from the past. This allowed us to extend on our conversations about the differences and similarities between the life of children now and in the past.

Other highlights from the visit included playing games in the Children's Gallery, viewing a number of fascinating stuffed animals and of course, the Dinosaur Walk exhibition!

It was an exciting day for our students and they have returned to school inspired to find out more about many of the exhibits they saw.

Many thanks to our parent helpers who did an amazing job. Josie, Nicole, Lana, Anna, Kim, Kerrie, Sharon S, Jason and Sharon L - thank you all so much for your energy and enthusiasm on the day!
