Greetings to parents and carers,
How wonderful was it to see our children performed at the production night for “Hidden Talent” recently? Bravos to children, teachers, assistants and all the volunteer parents and carers!
Spring has finally arrived with lovely flowers and new leaves shooting out. I see those on my school run and often make me think about our PA, Watashi Mo.
As you know the Parents Association, Watashi Mo, was only formed this year. We are new and we are young… but slowly we are growing…
Yes, we need to communicate better.
Yes, we need to make more improvement… much, much more…
But we have achieved several events so far, Icy Pole selling at Nihongo Sports Night, End of Term food stall Icy Pole and Curry, Mother’s Day Morning Tea and the Father’s Day Pizza Night.
And we were able to do so because of wonderful parents and carers who helped and supported us thus far. And I cannot thank enough for those who contributed their time and effort. Without you, we were not able to come this far. So, THANK YOU!!
We are also about to have End of Term 3 event selling European Dumplings. In Term 4 we have three events with a Kids Catch Up Day, Trivia Night and End of Term food Stall. If you have some time you can spare for Watashi Mo, we would appreciate any time that you have to volunteer. We need your help!
Getting back to the “Hidden Talent” I also believe everyone has hidden talent that we are too busy or too shy to share… if you could contribute a little bit of those, we can show our children what we can really achieve through our actual life. So, please tell us your talent, and be an example to our children. We need you!
