PLEASE NOTE - ONLINE ISSUES
Flexischools has been experiencing some issues with their mobile app on Fridays. The issues were external with their service provider and should be rectified now. They have recommended placing orders on the website, should you experience difficulties with the app. Please place orders early to avoid any issues and consider setting up a regular order if your child’s order is the same each week, or alternatively orders can be placed the night before or days/weeks in advance.
NEW PRICELIST
Please note a new pricelist has been distributed via Compass (see below). Hard copies are available from the office. All current prices are now updated on Flexischools.
HOT CROSS BUN DAYS – MONDAY 1ST APRIL (Y1-6) & TUESDAY 2ND APRIL (PREP)
Orders are now open for our Hot Cross Bun Morning Tea. Order Forms are available on Compass or alternatively, orders can be placed via the Flexischools website. Hard copies will also be available at the office. Please note separate forms apply to Prep orders. Preps will be enjoying their Hot Cross Bun Day on Tuesday April 2nd, due to a clash with the Kew Traffic School Excursion. All orders are due back by Wednesday 27th March. NO LATE ORDERS.
FLEXISCHOOLS ONLINE ORDERING
Please read the first item in this week's News. Flexischools is available from Monday to Friday via the Flexischools website. Lunch orders can be placed online until 9am each day, we do however have a “late orders menu” which is a very limited menu and will be open for 1 hour from 9am -10am. This option is solely for emergencies and not for regular lunch orders. Due to limited help we would not be able to accommodate a large volume of late orders. Please plan ahead and place orders early.
Please Note – Sustainable Bags are NOT suitable for online ordering. A paper bag will be provided.

AFTERSCHOOL SALES
The Canteen will be open Wednesday to Friday after school for sales of frozen items and drinks only, from 3.30-3.45 for the remainder of Term.1.

Uniform News
IT'S TARTAN TIME - Orders due by March 25th, 2019
Orders are now being taken for girls' winter tartan pinafores. Samples for sizing are currently available in the uniform shop during normal operating hours. You can also order via Flexischools - these orders will be filled when stock arrives. You may also wish to order/purchase winter polar fleece jackets, long sleeve polo shirts and tights to ensure you have winter covered!
YEAR 6 HOODIES
Hoodies are currently being printed! Delivery expected prior to the end of Term 1- just in time for the colder months.
2019 Uniform Shop Opening Hours:
Monday 8.30am to 10am
Thursday 2.30pm to 4pm
Orders can be placed any day through FlexiSchools.com.au. Your order will be processed during normal opening hours and delivered home via your child’s classroom. Order Forms can also be left at the office.
Orders and enquiries can be made by phoning the Uniform Shop during our opening hours.
All orders will be sent to your child’s classroom, unless otherwise specified.
