Fee Schedule 2022

ST. JOSEPH’S PRIMARY SCHOOL 2022 – FEES & LEVIES

Dear Families,

In consultation with the School Advisory Council, Fr Alan Gibson and Priscilla Marukutira, our School Business Manager, we are writing to advise the fees and levies schedule for 2022.

Once again, the events of 2021 have placed financial pressures on many families in our community, with many facing significant challenges, and for that reason, we have decided to freeze the school fees and levies for next year. This means that school fees will remain the same for three consecutive years.

It is important to note that all stationery, excursion costs, incursion costs, swimming program, curriculum resources, sporting programs and costs of devices and technology resources are included in our fee schedule.

Fees are generally paid per term, however monthly, fortnightly or alternative periodic payment plans are also an option. Due consideration is also given to those families experiencing financial hardship.

Families who are in receipt of a Health Care Card, or who are experiencing financial hardship, are able to apply for concessional fee payments, which gives a considerable discount to the annual fee and levy charges. These applications are confidential and allow families to access the education on offer at St Joseph's at a much-reduced charge.

The policy and form for application can be accessed here:

We have the option of a formal direct debit arrangement from your bank or credit card.

The forms to organise this method of payment, or to apply for concessional fees, will be attached to the Operoo email and should be completed and returned to the school office: office@sjmalvern.catholic.edu.au

We request that the completed forms be returned to school as soon as possible, either via email or hard copy and it would be appreciated if this is done before the end of the school year.

Sincere regards,

Peter Piasente (Chair) and Michelle Moore (Principal)
