FREE DRESS DAY-

Thursday 16 December

On Thursday 16 December, we will have a free dress day donating to Endocrine Cancer Australia.

Please ensure you bring a gold coin donation for this very important cause...

What is Endocrine Cancer?

As you may or may not know, Endocrine Cancer is what Mrs. Foster was diagnosed with. It is a rare type of  cancer that forms in a special tissue in your body.

Why Endocrine Cancer Australia?

The S.R.C. 's have discussed potential fundraisers and came up with a long list of options that we needed to shortlist.

We decided on this one, as it means a lot to us. Mrs. Foster was a very special member of our school community and we want to honour her memory and do what we can do to celebrate her life.

As a school, we can help make a difference by contributing to this cause, as well as supporting those protecting people from getting sick.

More information about Endocrine Cancer...

Endocrine Cancer Australia is the major Australian charity for Endocrine Cancer. They raise money to find a cure and a test for people without symptoms. This is the link if you want to donate further:

FROM THE LIBRARY

Could ALL library books be returned to the library as soon as possible please.

Many books have still not been returned.

Grade 6 students and anyone leaving Murrumbeena Primary School need to have all of their library books removed from their library card before they leave school.

Please help your child to look for any library books at home, in the car, under beds or at grandparents' houses and get them to return the books to the library as soon as possible.

Thank you

Amanda
