Bandanna Day 

National Bandanna Day was held on the last Friday in October. Bandanna Day is the flagship fundraising and awareness campaign for CanTeen. CanTeen is a national charity that has been supporting young people affected by cancer for more than thirty years. This year, Clayfield College held Bandanna Day on Thursday, 28 October, due to the Ekka holiday on the Friday, which saw students from Prep to Year 12 buy a bandanna for $5 to raise funds to support young people impacted by cancer. Our Community Service Captains managed to sell all their bandanas and raised $900 for this very worthy cause.
