Art Room News

Hello Wonderful RHPS Artists,

We did it! Remote learning art lessons, painting, collage, sewing, drawing, koala clay, space clay, animal clay, bobble heads, Grade 6 Legacy and more! It has been a messy year and we missed many face to face weeks, but it did not dull our creativity or imagination. 

You should all be very proud of your year in the art room and I hope you love your wonderful creations from 2021. 

I would like to say a very BIG thank you to our 2021 Art Captains, Charley and Jack. You are both very talented, skilled and creative artists and I hope you continue to grow and nurture your artistic abilities. Thank you for being such wonderful captains. 

To this years grade 6 students, it has been an absolute pleasure teaching you all over the past four years. Each one of you has grown and developed your art skills and shown amazing imagination, persistence and care with your artwork. You will be missed and we will remember you all when we look at your beautiful Legacy piece.

Thank you again for all your hard work and love of art, it makes my job a joy to teach you all in the art room. I can't wait to see you all in the art room in 2022!!!
