Library Displays and Competitions

The theme for International Women's Month this year is “DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality.” The Library has enjoyed celebrating with displays of influential women and a competition using silhouettes and clues to guess the profile of selected famous women in history.  Students are invited to visit the Library to see the display and then complete this google form to win a prize.

Libraries have always been centres of innovation and rich in technology for all students. The Nirimba Senior College Library is much more than a library, it is a community of research, reading and innovation. We maintain traditional library connections and are a welcoming place where students can come to read and relax. We are a centre, focused on digital literacy and creativity, where learning comes together to form links across all subject areas. The Library staff help empower students to become independent learners outside of the four walls of the classroom.
