School Photos

Our school photos will be taken next Monday and Tuesday, 20 and 21 March, by The School Photographer. 

A photo of each student, class and group (e.g. Captains, choirs, music ensembles and sport) pre-ordered sibling photos will be taken. Your child is expected to be at school all day on both days, wearing full school uniform. The schedule has been finalised, taking into account school activities and known absences; it is not possible not make any further changes.  

Student, class, and sibling photos are ordered online from The School Photographer. Use the code X3108PER52E to enter the EHPS order page.

We recommend ordering your photos prior to the photo days. Orders for individual student and class photos can be placed after this date but a late fee will be incurred. As advised previously and reminded via Compass earlier this week, sibling photos had to be ordered a minimum of one working day prior to the first photo day so that the ordered sibling photo could be added to the schedule; the suggested last date to order a sibling photo was yesterday, Thursday 16 March. 

Sibling photos start at 8.30am on Monday:  If you have ordered a sibling photo, please ensure that your children arrive at school by 8.30am on Monday and go to the gymnasium in the Stadium for their photo.

There is no catch up opportunity planned. If your child is absent on either or both these days, their name will be recorded on their class photo.  

Orders for group photos (e.g. Captains, choirs, music ensembles and sport) will be available later in the year. 

It is expected that ordered photos will be delivered in about eight weeks after the photo days.
