School Council President
Warrandyte Festival
Thank you so much to everyone who helped set-up, run, and clean-up our kebab stall at the Festival. Thank you also to those who volunteered to help out on Friday and Saturday but were unable to because of the fire danger.
We were overwhelmed by the support from our community and our roster was filled for both days of the Festival. The stall was a great success with us nearly selling out of our kebabs, though we didn't sell as many icy-poles or drinks as last year due to the cooler conditions. All the money raised will go towards new playground equipment for our students.
Congratulations to 3/4Z as the winners of the PJ, movie and popcorn day competition for the most volunteer helpers. It was a close competition with just 1 shift separating 1st and 2nd and another single shift separating 2nd and 3rd!
School Council
The 2023 ACPS School Council met for the first time on Tuesday this week. It was a nice mix of returning members and some new faces who joined us for the first time. All office bearer positions were dissolved and we held new elections for those positions.
