Wee Jasper Excursion
On Tuesday 7 March Year 9 Outdoor Education students traveled to Wee Jasper to take part in abseiling and caving activities. Guides from Out and About adventures led the groups through the Signature cave which involved walking, crawling and squeezing through the underground caves. They also led the groups through three different abseils at Devil's Lunch Bowl.
It was an valuable day with many students stepping outside their comfort zone and exploring the outdoors. Everyone was able to experience something they had never done before and students are to be commended for their positive attitudes, organisation and encouragement they gave to each other. Thank you also to the staff who facilitated this excursion.
