Our highly committed staff provide our students with an extensive range of lunchtime, before and after school clubs. The Semester 1 timetable and more information on some of the clubs can be found below.
If you need a place to just chill out and have a chat in a safe space, the Beaumaris Alliance is the place for you. There will be events that we plan throughout the year to ensure that Beaumaris is an inclusive and safe space for all.
In Anime Club we watch an episode of Anime each week, and also hold various competitions throughout the terms, such as drawing competitions and sometimes a quiz. Whether you have watched all 1000+ episodes of One Piece or have never watched an anime in your life and are interested in starting, this is your chance to come and hang out, watch shows with people of similar mindsets.

Do you need help with some of your BEST work? Keen to do some mini experiments? Want to chat about all things science?
Looking for a survival job? Need help putting together a resume? Not sure what you might like to do after you leave school? Come along to Careers Club and catch up with your College Careers Team - Mr Crameri & Ms Farrow.
Whether you are a total beginner wanting to learn the ropes (and it is quite easy to learn) or a chess master looking to destroy Mr R-B, this is the club for you!
Looking for some support with your writing, reading or presentations for Communicate & Relate, VCE English or VCE Literature? Come along to CR CLUB on Wednesdays in S24!
Come along to S24 at lunchtime on Wednesdays if you'd like extra support with your Communicate and Relate skills. This club is run by two C&R/English teachers and we're here to support you with your current PBLs or SACs, preparation for upcoming assessments like NAPLAN or the GAT, or general support with skills like reading, writing, speaking or listening.
All students, no matter their prior experience with dancing, are welcome to join us in W5 each Monday for the entirety of lunch, to learn new dancing skills, practice choreography and have fun.
Teams have been finalised for 2023.
Come along to Drama Club to play some Drama games, learn some key Drama skills and build your confidence in performing! All year levels, ideas and suggestions welcome.
The Duke of Edinburgh award is an internationally recognised award developing students' leadership skills, resilience and commitment, whilst pursuing their interests and making connections with the community. Interested in developing your creativity and technical expertise? Come along to Electronics Club and explore creating circuits, soldering, robotics, coding, laser cutting and 3D printing.
Open to any student who already plays guitar or bass. Fridays at lunch in W4.
If you are interested in attending a morning fitness session in our Fitness Centre to improve your overall health and wellbeing, then this club is for you. Each morning students from Year 9 – 11 have the opportunity to use the Fitness Centre in a supervised and safe environment. Students can follow along with our teacher run sessions or complete their own individualised program (teacher approved). Sessions run from 8:00am – 8:40am. We encourage students to arrive at 7:55am and meet the supervising teacher in the Gym foyer and bring a water and towel. If students do not have Healthy Lifestyles practical on the allocated day, they will be required to change into their academic uniform.
Come to History Club to discuss any questions or topics you are interested in, from the big ideas to the little facts you've always wanted to know! Come and join the discussion or feel free to ask for support with your history subjects from the VCE History Teachers, Ms Casley and Ms Papa.
The Japanese Conversation Club provides the opportunities to practice your speaking skill and listening skill in Japanese. We will do some fun quizzes as well. You are always welcome to come if you need extra support for your Japanese learning.
Legal Studies Club is open to all VCE Legal Studies students. Students are encouraged to attend to explore content in further detail, clarify understandings and obtain feedback to practice responses.
All students are welcome to attend Maths Club. Come along to catch-up on any work, ask questions and be challenged further. Learn some handy tips and tricks to make maths easier! Practice makes perfect.
Media Club is a fun club for anyone with an interest in all things media. Whether that be making films, podcasts, documentaries, animation or radio, we have something for you!
The PE Study Club provides an opportunity to catch-up on any missed work or seek extra assistance for Physical Education Units 1-4.
Open to students who are already learning a Brass or Woodwind instrument.
Open to students who are learning Violin, Viola or Cello.
Come and play! Whether you like chess or checkers; Yugioh or Magic The Gathering; Werewolf or Coup; DnD or Pathfinder; or want to play something new. We have something for everyone and company to share the fun with. Feel free to bring your own games too!

This is a great opportunity for students to practice their French skills in speaking general conversation with their peers, myself and students in other year levels. It is also a way for our native French students to engage in the school community and allows all students to engage in French culture.
We will run games, watch French movies, classic and modern, and share our love of French. It is also a space for students to bring questions, homework and problems they may need extra help with.
Any VCE maths student is welcome to attend VCE Maths Club. Come along to catch-up on any work, ask questions and be challenged further. Learn some handy tips and tricks to make maths easier! Practice makes perfect.
All VCE Media students are welcome to attend:
Psychology club offers time to expand and review knowledge of VCE Psychology. Each sessions involves a variety of revision techniques, visual displays and opportunities to ask any questions that have arisen throughout the week. Students ultimately determine how the session runs, and what topic we focus on, dependent on what they need. It is an open and fun time to collaborate with friends and psychology teachers!
Work Experience Club is open to all Year 10s. Come along if you would like support with investigating and securing a work experience placement.
Year 7 lunch time Club is open to all Year 7 students. Come along and enjoy some fun activities and make some new friends. Activities will be supervised by the Wellbeing Team and our Therapy Dog, Bali.
