Dearly beloved husband of Maurie Hoodless. Loving father to Denise, Lee (SVC 1973-77), Jane and Andrew (SVC 1978-80).

Passed away peacefully at home after a long illness.

Son of the late Charles and Marjorie Lennon. Brother and brother-in-law of John (SVC 1955-63) and Julie Lennon; Kathy and Pat O'Dwyer; Paul (SVC 1965-73) and Margaret Lennon; Pat (SVC 1967-75) and Di Lennon; Margaret and Kevin Carey; and Susan & Bob Kennedy.

 

Loving husband of Ligia, father and father-in-law of Stephanie and Matt Pethick; and Andrew Lennon. Loved Pa of Noah and Grace. Loved by all his nieces and nephews.

POLACK, Mary Catherine, OAM 

08/09/1941 - 28/12/2021

Wife of Alan for more than 54 wonderful years, adored mother of Fiona and John, grandmother of Susannah. Daughter of Horace (SVC 1920’s) and Dot (both deceased),  mother-in-law of Rob, sister of Margaret (dec), John (SVC 1952-63) and Helen, sister-in-law of Margaret and Rod.

 

Passed away at St Ann’s Aged Care Home on December 28 after a long illness.

Hers was a lifetime of giving and helping whenever she could, whether to family and friends or through her distinguished professional career as a pharmacist and administrator.

 

We are grateful to the very many people who helped Mary contend with her medical challenges in recent years.

Darryl passed away peacefully on December 10 in Deloraine.

Son of Charles and Gwen Sulzberger (both deceased). Husband of Patricia. Loving partner of Loraine. Loved father of Andrew, Mark and Anna (dec.)

Devoted and loved grandfather of Annaliesse, Charlotte and Zara.

Brother and brother-in-law pof Marlene and Rob, Margaret and Ted (both dec.), Francis and Helen, Chris, Debboe and Glen.

Beloved wife of Tony, mother to Megan and David (SVC 1986-91), mother-in-law to Dora and Yia Yia ("Cuppa tea") to James and Jake.

Passed away peacefully at home in Kingston, Tasmania.

Died peacefully after a long and rewarding life. Loved and loving wife of Jan and mother of Riejet, Tony (SVC 1964-7), Eve (Winter), Alex (SVC 1971-79) and Vincent (SVC 1973-79)

'Til' was a wonderful and supportive wife, mother and friend.

She was a potter and teacher. She contributed fully to the many groups in which she was involved.  She saw life as an adventure and a gift to be grateful for.

 

WATLING, Margaret Evelyn

Passed away peacefully at Hobart. Beloved wife of Robert (SVC 1958-65) and second daughter of Thomas and Evelyn Allen (both dec), cherished sister of Kathryn Wiggins and her companion Ian Eadie.

Paul (SVC 1961-68) and Beverley Watling

Marita and Michael Lovell

Alison and Peter Sully

Leo (SVC 1977-81) and Jenny Watling

and adored her many nephews and nieces.

 

Special thanks to the Medical Specialists, Doctors and Nursing Staff who provided services to Margaret with care and compassion.

Passed away after a long illness at John Flynn Private Hospital, Tugan, Queensland with Colin by her side. Loved and cherished wife of Colin.

Beloved daughter of Henry and Gwen Shortall (both dec).

Much loved sister of Jill Bailey (dec) and Paddy Shortall (SVC 1960-66).
