Strength and balance training is important for everyone. Living Longer Living Stronger is a program we offer focused on individualised programming for older adults, inclusive for those exercising with controlled medical conditions & injuries while enjoying the social aspect of exercising within a group.

Teens in the Gym |LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE
Teens 12 - 15 years receive an individual workout program to utilise during weekly group timeslots supervised by a Qualified Gym Instructor.
- Term 1 Program Block commenced on Thur 3 Feb
- Book in on either Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs or Fri
- Weekly 45 minute sessions
