2022 Student Stationery Orders - Parent Portal Now Open

 

Dear Parents and Carers, 

 

As CJC is no longer able to order student stationery on your behalf,  we have teamed up www.cos.net.au, and they will now be able to supply the 2022 stationery packs for your child/ren. COS is a 100% Australian Family Owned & Operated school supplier. We’ve been working with COS to make sure your child has an easy start to the new school year. 

 

We’ve selected the list of items your child requires to start the year and worked together with COS so you can order everything you need in one go, and your order will be delivered to the school before school starts. The items listed on the web page have been selected as being required for your child’s year level in 2022. To ensure delivery of your order to the school on the nominated date of 17th January 2022, please place your order by 17th December 2021. Delivery is Free to the School. 

 

2022 Requirements for Online Ordering

 

Listed below are the easy steps for placing your online order. For a fast, simple, and secure way to place your order visit www.cos.net.au - there is step-by-step guided video that you can watch to make the ordering process easy. 

Follow these steps:

  1. Click on Sign In button in menu task bar
  2. Enter the Username: ‘caulfieldjuniorcollege@cos.net.au’ & Password: ‘Parents-22’
  3. Select the Year level required for 2022
  4. Review product selection based on your requirements
    • Please note, items may have been marked as either mandatory or optional by your school… all items are required but you are able to choose to provide some items from other sources.
  5. Add your Pack to the Cart.
  6. Enter your Child’s Details & Delivery Details
    • Please ensure you enter the grade level your child will be in in 2022.
  7. Enter in your credit card, Paypal or Pay4 details and submit.

You will receive an order confirmation via email and can request to have your order tracking sent to you via mobile.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ORDER 

Delivery Guarantee -

  • All orders placed before 17th December 2021 will be delivered to the school on the school’s nominated dated of 17th January 2022 and prior to Term 1, 2022 commencing.
  • Orders after this date cannot be   guaranteed   to   arrive   on   time   and   may   be   delivered to your school a few weeks into the school term.
