Captains' Conference

Collaborating on our shared goals

Our first captains conference for 2022 was a day for the student leaders to collaborate. It was a great opportunity to meet and work with like-minded peers, discuss future plans and ideas, understand our roles and responsibilities and much more. Our former 2021 school captains kindly took the time out of their day to come and join our conference. They shared many helpful tips with us, which included,  how to use our role to the best of our ability, how to spark an idea, how to execute plans and they also gave us feedback for success. We then worked with our co-captains to create a yearly agenda. 

Together we brainstormed many ideas. Some of which included- improvements for our specific year levels, with a focus on our sub schools, sports, house, and music programs and many more. Overall, it was a very productive beginning to the year, and we look forward to meeting together again next term!
