Open Studios at Yarra Youth Centre

Young artists are encouraged to pursue personal projects in an open studio environment with their peers, or they can be guided through a class project. The program will be supported by expert facilitators and early career artists. Yarra Youth Centre, Napier Street, Fitzroy, Thursdays 4-6pm during school term.

 

Includes fashion and textile design, illustration and zine making, painting, as well as making short films, video art and animation... It’s up to you – let your creative juices flow!

Free girls' cricket Autumn Vibes program

Youlden Parkville Cricket Club are offering girls aged 8 – 16 years to be part of a FREE Girls Cricket Autumn Vibes program.  The program will run from 19 March until 21 May and is for girls who just want to have a go at cricket for the first time, or already play cricket at Youlden Parkville or another team.

Qoya classes in Thornbury

Qoya is a free dance embodiment practice for women and teens, regardless of gender assigned at birth. The idea behind Qoya is that it helps you to get out of your head and into your body. To feel instead of think. Sunranges Qoya offers Qoya for Teens, which is a specially adapted version of Qoya for teenage girls.
