HOUSE OF THE YEAR

Congratulations Edmund Rice!

As the school year draws to a close, the victors of the winning house title has emerged. After tallying up all the points for sporting fixtures, cultural events and academic challenges such as the Public Speaking Competition, Edmund Rice was today announced as the winning house for 2021!

Edmund Rice, now, has the privilege of its name being engraved on the House Cup, which dates back to 1969.

Congratulations to our house captains, Emma George and Darcy Williams who have led us with enthusiasm throughout the year.

2021 has undoubtedly been a difficult and mixed year with many of our events having to be changed due to COVID-19 restrictions.  Our students and House Captains should be commended for their marvelous resilience in being able to adapt to a 'new' approach and make the best of the changes.

We wish our Year 6 leaders all the best in their future endeavors.  We hope you will look back on 2021 at St Nicholas School with fond and happy memories, despite the setbacks. Take care and remember to always strive for something better, something bigger and something happier!
