Athletics Day

Our annual Athletics Carnival for all students is scheduled for Friday, August 26.  This will be the first Athletics Carnival in three years that we have been allowed to have parents and friends in attendance.  We're looking forward very much to welcoming everyone back. Why not plan to come along with a picnic rug or a camp chair and spend the day supporting our students as they give it their all on the track and in the field.  

Here's the plan:

• Students come to the Mildura Little Athletics track (NOT school) in their sports clothes between 8:30 and 8:50 am. 
• Track and field events will get underway as soon as possible after arrival 
• Free BBQ lunch provided for students
• Parents to take their children home from the track once we finish at 3:30.
• Buses for morning pickup and afternoon drop-off will run as they normally would.

We'll send out a notice to all parents via EdSmart in the next week.  This will provide all of the details for the day and give you an opportunity to tell us how students will go home from the track.
