New Bibles

A long-standing tradition at MCC has been to present our Prep students with their very own school bible once they complete the ABCs Learning to Read program.  New students coming into the school are also presented with a Bible to use at school at their first assembly.  In the last couple of years, those Bible presentations have been paused while assemblies and other gatherings were stopped.  We've also taken some time to consider a switch to a new Bible translation.

We're happy to say that all of that is done now and we will restart Bible presentations to Preps and new students.  All of our students will receive new Bibles in the coming week as we switch to the Christian Standard Bible.

The 2022 Prep students have recently completed their learning-to-read program and will be presented with their new Bibles in our next assembly, this coming Wednesday, August 17.  Parents and friends are welcome to join us for this (and any other) assembly.
