DISCO BINGO - SATURDAY 13TH AUGUST

GET READY FOR THE EVENT OF THE YEAR!

Everything you need to know:

Tickets will go on sale on Friday 29th July and will close on Monday 8th August if not sold out prior. 

Tickets will cost $50 per person and this includes: 

  • a main meal ($35)
  • choice of drink on entry: Prosecco, white or red wine, beer or soft drink, ($10)
  • one raffle ticket and ($5)
  • an opportunity to be in the draw to win one of 2 door prizes! ($50 x 2)

You can book a table of 10 or express your interest to join a table.  If you want to book a table of ten, you will need to nominate a table captain to collate names of each table member along with their choice of food. The Bells Hotel are putting on a delicious menu for us with 5 options to choose from. Please let your Table Captain know if you have dietary requirements.

  • Porterhouse steak with chips and salad
  • Pork belly, crushed potatoes, battered beans and whiskey glaze
  • Atlantic Salmon, lemon peppered, chat potatoes, spinach and cherry tomato salad, béarnaise sauce
  • Chicken Parma with chips and salad
  • Wild mushroom risotto
  • Each table will also get a large Rocket, Pear & Parmesan Salad and a Large bowl of chips

Tickets for the SMPPS F&F DISCO BINGO event can be purchased via the Qkr App - $50 per person.

 Instructions for Disco Bingo Ticket purchases:-

Open QKR App:

  1.             Go to “Fundraising Events”
  2.             Choose “Disco Bingo” from the Menu3.
  3.             Choose meal
  4.             Enter table Name or elect to be allocated to a table
  5.             Add to the cart
  6.             Finalise payment

The evening will be action packed with Disco Bingo, Live Auction, the Silent Auction Winners announced, Raffle, Door prizes, and a Live DJ! In addition to coming along you can help us raise funds through some of these cool initiatives. 

 

Our key donation is from the Grand Prix ($7199) and we are taking expressions of interest to ensure everyone has a fair chance.
