Debating SA Competition 

With each Debating competition, it is encouraging to see our students grow in confidence and improving their public speaking skills and empathy.  

We are very appreciative of the parents who play a huge part in supporting our students, each round!

ROUND 3 RESULTS - 28 June 2022 

Venue: Cabra Dominican College 

Congratulations to Caleb (Year 9) for winning his second Speaker of the Night for this season.

 Venue: Pulteney Grammar School 

• Emmaus Green 5 defeated Emmaus Blue  
• Emmaus Purple 6 defeated Parkside Primary School
• Emmaus Yellow 6 Brooklyn Park  defeated St Catherine's School
• Emmaus Maroon 7 defeated Annesley Junior School

Congratulations to Xian (Year 6) and Annika (Year 5) for being awarded speaker of the night in their respective teams. 

Venue: Adelaide High School 

• Our bare still in the first place. Well done!
• Congratulations to Sohana (Year 11) for winning Speaker of the Night.

We could not have so many teams without the ongoing support and coaching from our team of teachers. Thank you to Madame Neven Daoud, Mrs Sarah Grieger, Mr Nigel Eaton, Mr Max Dal Santo, Mrs Jude Potter, Mr Andy Malcolm and Mr Richard Heath for supporting our teams.
