Welcome to Week 5.  

The term is well underway and we are looking forward to meeting online with families for Parent Teacher Interviews on the following dates:

11 August  Thursday:   4.00pm to 8.30pm

19 August  Friday:  8.30am to 4.00pm

These interviews are an invaluable opportunity, especially for our students. While parents and teachers speaking about a student’s progress is an important element of this process, it is most beneficial when a student also attends.  This is a chance for students to speak about their learning, to gather important feedback with the support of a parent and to ask clarifying questions.  As such, we would encourage all students to ensure they are present and fully engaged in their interviews, alongside parents.

Online

Parents and students will be able to participate in an interview with their subject teacher at home via the online Google Meets platform. 

Parents are able to make bookings through PAM [Parent Access Module]. Bookings have now closed for 11 August Interviews. Time slots fill rapidly, please ensure you note below when the booking service re opens for 19 August interviews.

Bookings for Friday 19 August Interviews: 

• Open: 9am Monday 15 August 
• Close: 9am Wednesday 17 August 

Reminder: PTI  student  free 

Just a reminder that [as per the College Calendar], classes on Thursday the 11 August will be concluding at 1.30pm due to the parent/teacher interviews.  The second day of interviews, 19 August, is a student free day. 

Subject Selection Process

The Subject Selection Process continues this term for Years 9-11.  We thank you for supporting your daughters through this important process.  Dates can be found on your daughter's year level page: 

 MIDDLE SCHOOL page – Year 9 & 10 dates

SENIOR SCHOOL page – Year 11 dates.

Students from 7–8 will be involved in the Subject Selection Process later in the term
